All our static and inertia seat belts come in two key styles, period style and modern style. A number of options are available for both types of seat belt, which are detailed below.
Modern style seat belts are constructed generally using black components,, modern black plastic buckles with red or orange release buttons. As Standard we use black webbing, but you can choose from a wide range of webbing colours mostly at no extra cost (There can be exceptions please ask) from our range of over 60 different colours, On top of that you can specify chrome components, such as the pillar loop and bolts as required
Seat Belt Prices
Seat belt pricing starts from around £39.50 for modern static belts, £75.00 for period static seat belts, £67.50 for modern inertia belts and £97.50 for period inertia seat belts.
All of our period style seat belts come with chrome aircraft style buckles and the choice of webbing colour. A key point regarding period style buckle seat belts is that under UK regulations period style buckles are not suitable for cars manufactured after December 1972, and are not recommended for children aged below 11 or 12 years of age.
Please note all that above prices are for basic seat belts, and do not include the cost of any additional custom parts or brackets, and are for a single unit only.
All prices are excluding VAT, P&P and fitting.
Seat belts are a key factor in vehicle safety, and as such should always be kept to the highest standards, keeping you and your passengers safe. As with any vehicle part, particular attention should be paid to keeping them in tip top condition, and repairing or replacing them at the first sign of weakness or fault.
To ensure that we are able to cater for every style of vehicle and driver taste we offer a wide range of seat belt webbing colours and custom components.
We have a huge selection of seat belt components, with the choice from buckles and clasps finished in chrome, stainless steel or simply zinc plated.
Where original components are no longer available we have had them re-manufactured and tested to ensure they comply to the relevant safety standards.
Some of these items included the special Y and D shape anchor plates, found in famous marques such as Aston Martin, Jaguar and Austin Healey and many more.
We carry around 60 different colours and textures of webbing, some modern and some period from the 50’s and 60’s era’s. Whilst it is not always possible to match an OE colour exactly we will do our best to do so, however we do offer a bespoke service where we can produce webbing to match whatever you want, we also offer a service where you can print your own logo and text.
Webbing can be matched to sample, but there are minimum runs and additional costs.
We also offer over 40 different colours of webbing and variety of stitching patterns, see examples below.
(Please note that some of the heavier webbings including the Pebble Weave webbing are only suitable for use with static seat belts belts and full harnesses)

Establised September 1962, Quick Fit Safety Belt Services have been fitting seat belts and other restraint systems in to all types of vehicles for over 55 years. In addition to providing us with an unrivalled level of experience and expertise, we can also lay claim that we are the only company Worldwide that Manufactures and Fits seat belts.
Seat belts are designed to protect your well being and your life so it is important that they are fitted in such a way that they will do just that.
Fitting them in to your car isn’t always just a simple matter of finding the manufacturers anchor points or a suitably strong position for your own mounting points. In the early days the vehicle manufactures didn’t necessarily consider your safety when they decided where they would put their factory mounting points. Porsche are a prime example with the 356 and SWB 911’s.
The first Cars fitted with factory anchor points often only allow for the fitting of Static lap and diagonal seat belts, so fitting automatic seat belts requires the fitting of new mounting points.
It is important to understand how seat belts work, how important it is to have the top mounting point in the right position for safety and comfort, how the angle of the webbing should fit over your shoulder or across you lap to make sure that in the event they are needed, they will do what they have been designed for, prevent/reduce injury and possibly save your life. A badly fitted or adjusted seat belt may cause injury.
We offer very competitive labour rates, and in most cases offer a 2 to 3 hour turnaround to fit a pair of seat belts. This does depend on the vehicle for example Aluminium or fibre glass bodied cars and vintage cars with wooden frames can take a number of days to complete.

Automatic
What is Fireflex?
FIREFLEX is a fully automatic self seeking fire extinguisher system, designed for specific designated applications rather than as a flood system, though it can be used for this purpose also.
What are the advantages of Fireflex?
FIREFLEX is simple to fit; it has a wide range of applications and can be adapted to suit most requirements. It is a self-activating system that does not rely on electronics, moving parts or external monitors. It is versatile allowing for different areas to be covered by the same unit.
FIREFLEX uses unique trace tubing that can both detect the fire and deliver the extinguishing media to the heart of the fire. The trace tube is directly pressurised from the cylinder and is traced around the area of risk to be protected.
Ideal applications are enclosed areas such as engines, control cabinets and machines, such as spark erosion, and lathe and anywhere the risk is in a confined or enclosed space.
FIREFLEX is available in sizes ranging from 0.75kg up to 9.0kg giving total flood protection for volumes up to approximately 11 cubic metres. Different extinguishing media are available to suit various applications where contamination or chemical reaction may be critical.
Not recommended for PCV (passenger carrying vehicles), but can be used on service/maintenance vehicles and many other applications including electrical systems.
